Contrary to my friends' popular beliefs, I joined ZZU CRU, a student lead student section with the goal to increase support of Washington State University Athletics while supporting school spirit, to enter a new sector of photography I had not yet had the opportunity to work in. I figured if I wanted to get into sports photography a PAC 12 university may as well be the best place.

The mission? Photograph all aspects of university students involvement at the game. With university students being the most plentiful population in Pullman, there are a lot of aspects to cover. Who are the students at the games? Fans. Athletes. Spirit squads. Camera crews. Field managers. Concession stand workers. Jobs no one thinks about but are necessary to run a PAC 12 athletic event.
